Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Amendment Rules 2000

The Rules Committee of Magistrates Court (Civil Division) makes the following Rules of Court under section 22 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 .

1.   Short title

These rules may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Amendment Rules 2000 .

2.   Commencement

These rules take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Rules

In these rules, the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Rules 1998 are referred to as the Principal Rules.

4.   

The amendment effected by this rule has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Rules 1998 .
