Proclamation under the New Tax System Price Exploitation Code (Tasmania) Act 1999

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 6 of the New Tax System Price Exploitation Code (Tasmania) Act 1999 appoint the date on which the making of this proclamation is notified in the Gazette as the date on which a modification made by the A New Tax System (Trade Practices Amendment) Act 2000 of the Commonwealth to the New Tax System Price Exploitation Code text applies.
