Tasmanian State Service (Restructuring) Order 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 24 of the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Tasmanian State Service (Restructuring) Order 2000 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 July 2000.

3.   Amalgamation of Forensic Science Services Tasmania with Department of Police and Public Safety

Forensic Science Services Tasmania, part of the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment, is amalgamated with the Department of Police and Public Safety.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
