Wildlife Advisory Committee Revocation Order 2000

I make the following order under section 12(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Wildlife Advisory Committee Revocation Order 2000 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Revocation

On the day on which this order takes effect –

(a) the National Parks and Wildlife Order 1972 (S.R. 1972, No. 292) is revoked; and

(b) the Wildlife Advisory Committee established under that order is dissolved.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
