Proclamation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 15C of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970  –

(a) give the name of Pardoe Northdown Conservation Area to the reserved land previously named as Pardoe Beach Conservation Area under section 17(4) of the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 and shown on Plan Number 4709 in the Central Plan Register; and
(b) give the name of Pardoe Northdown Conservation Area to the reserved land previously named as Moorland Beach Conservation Area under section 17(4) of the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 and shown on Plan Number 4709 in the Central Plan Register; and
(c) give the name of Pardoe Northdown Conservation Area to the reserved land previously named as Northdown Beach Conservation Area under section 17(4) of the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 and shown on Plan Number 4709 in the Central Plan Register; and
(d) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
