Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order (No. 2) 1999
I make the following order, with the agreement of the Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment, under section 5(3) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order (No. 2) 1999 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Act applies to certain land
The Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 is declared to apply to that part of the muttonbird reserve on Hunter Island specified in Schedule 1 to this order.
SCHEDULE 1 - Muttonbird reserveAll that area of land on Hunter Island in Bass Strait comprising about 6 855 hectares shown hatched and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 4562 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
