Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 declare –

(a) that the portion of road specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation ceases to be a limited access road; and
(b) that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

That portion of the Bass Highway interchange at East Devonport, from the eastern end of Bridge Road at its bifurcation of the off-ramp and on-ramp, westwards via that road and Tarleton Street for a distance of 0.224 kilometres and including River Road for a distance of 0.046 kilometres from its junction with Bridge Road and Tarleton Street, as shown hatched on Plan No. 4240 in the Central Plan Register
