Local Government (Dulverton Regional Waste Management Authority) Order 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 39B of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Dulverton Regional Waste Management Authority) Order 1998 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Application of Part 3A of Local Government Act 1993

The Dulverton Regional Waste Management Authority is an authority to which Part 3A of the Local Government Act 1993 applies.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
