Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Order 1998
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment, make the following order under section 35 of the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .

This order may be cited as the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Order 1998 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Extension of conversion period
The conversion period under the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 is extended until midnight on 19 November 1999.
