Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1993, No. 232 by omitting from Schedule 1 to that proclamation "Plans 2785, 2786, 2787 and 2788" and substituting "Plan Nos. 2811, 2812, 2813 and 2814"; and

(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
