Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) set forth a place of access for the limited access road, known as the Brooker Highway, for the purposes of section 52B of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 , in Schedule 1 to this proclamation; and
(b) declare that the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1978, No. 282, is amended by – 
(i) inserting into Schedule 2 to that proclamation, after the item relating to Lampton Avenue – south-west side, the place of access set forth in Schedule 1 to this proclamation; and
(ii) omitting from Schedule 2 to that proclamation the item relating to Timsbury Road – south side; and
(c) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
