State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 3) 2026
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Premier, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 3) 2026 .
This order takes effect on 10 September 2026.
The part, of the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management, that is responsible for the infrastructure project relating to the Rosebery Police Station, and the Rosebery Emergency Services Hub, is amalgamated with Building Tasmania.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order amalgamates, with Building Tasmania, the part of the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management that is responsible for the infrastructure project relating to the Rosebery Police Station and the Rosebery Emergency Services Hub.
