Local Government (Transfer of Land to Derwent Valley Council) Order 2026
I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Transfer of Land to Derwent Valley Council) Order 2026 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Transfer of land to Derwent Valley Council
The land situated at Glenora Road, New Norfolk in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 46147, Folio 103 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Derwent Valley Council.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 5 August 2026
This order is administered in the Department of Justice.

This order transfers certain land, in respect of which rates have been outstanding for 3 years or more, to the Derwent Valley Council.
