Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1986, No. 92 by omitting from item 2 of Schedule 1 to that proclamation “Plans L.D. 869 and 870 lodged in the office of the Director-General of Lands, Hobart.” and substituting “Plan 91635 and Plan 11617 in the Central Plan Register.”; and
(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

This proclamation, for the purposes of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 , amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1986, No. 92) by updating references to plans in relation to the Bass Highway limited access road.
