Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Helmets) Regulations 2025
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Helmets) Regulations 2025 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Road Amendment (Helmet) Rules 2025 commence.
In these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Offences)
Division 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting item 328N from Subdivision 41A and substituting the following item:
