Local Government (Transfer of Land to Dorset Council) Order 2025
I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Transfer of Land to Dorset Council) Order 2025 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Transfer of land to Dorset Council
(1) The land situated at Banca Road, Winnaleah, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 208925, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(2) The land situated at Golconda Road, Lietinna, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 143273, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(3) The land situated at Gladstone Road, Pioneer, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 207101, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(4) The land situated at Scott Street, Branxholm, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 164944, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(5) The land situated at West Maurice Road, Ringarooma, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 207125, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(6) The land situated at Mathinna Plains Road, Ringarooma, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 210055, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(7) The land situated at Boobyalla Road, Boobyalla, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 121393, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(8) The land situated at Boobyalla Road, Boobyalla, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 121393, Folio 2 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(9) The land situated at Boobyalla Road, Boobyalla, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 121393, Folio 3 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(10) The land situated at Boobyalla Road, Boobyalla, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 215360, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(11) The land situated at Boobyalla Road, Boobyalla, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 96436, Folio 25 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(12) The land situated at Albert Road, Branxholm, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 76277, Folio 2 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(13) The land situated at Chaffey Street, Gladstone, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 210169, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.(14) The land situated at Cape Portland Road, Rushy Lagoon, in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 203939, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Dorset Council.
