Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Regulations 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 .

These regulations may be cited as the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations take effect on 1 April 2025.
In these regulations, the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2024 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 4 amended (Interpretation of Division)
Regulation 4(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definitions of emergency and emergency management worker .
5. Regulation 11 amended (Exemptions for persons engaged in child-related activity)
Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting paragraph (a) ;(b) by omitting paragraph (h) .
