Mines Work Health and Safety (Supplementary Requirements) Amendment Regulations 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Mines Work Health and Safety (Supplementary Requirements) Act 2012 .

These regulations may be cited as the Mines Work Health and Safety (Supplementary Requirements) Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Mines Work Health and Safety (Supplementary Requirements) Regulations 2022 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 45 amended (Expiry of regulations)
Regulation 45 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "26 December 2024" and substituting "30 June 2025".
