Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2024 .
This order takes effect on 1 July 2024.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2024 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order 2024 by transferring responsibility for the administration of –(a) certain Acts relating to Forestry from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania to the Department of State Growth; and(b) the Tourism Tasmania Act 1996 from the Department of State Growth to Tourism Tasmania; and(c) the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 from the Minister for Transport to the Minister for Infrastructure.
