Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2023
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2023 .
These regulations take effect on 1 July 2023.
In these regulations, the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 2 substituted
Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted:SCHEDULE 2 - Offences under Marine and Safety (General) Regulations 2023
