Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Amendment Regulations 2023
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Act 2008 .

These regulations may be cited as the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Amendment Regulations 2023 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 commence.
In these regulations, the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2019 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administrative decisions)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part 2 and substituting the following Part:PART 2 - Administrative decisions under the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023
