Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 5) 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 5) 2022 .
This order takes effect on 1 December 2022.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 4) 2022 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omittingfrom Part 24 and substituting the following items:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No.4) 2022 by removing references to the Department of Communities Tasmania and the Homes Act 1935 and assigning administrative responsibilities in relation to the Homes Tasmania Act 2022 and other Acts related to housing.
