Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Passenger Transport) Regulations 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Passenger Transport) Regulations 2022 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Passenger Transport Services Amendment Regulations 2022 commence.
In these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Offences)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting item 784 from Subdivision 3 of Division 2 of Part 3 and substituting the following:

(b) by omitting items 785 , 786 , 787 , 788 , 789 , 790 , 791 and 792 from Subdivision 3 of Division 2 of Part 3 ;(c) by omitting items 798 and 799 from Subdivision 3 of Division 2 of Part 3 ;(d) by omitting items 863 , 864 , 865 , 866 , 867 , 868 , 869 , 870 , 871 , 872 , 873 , 874 , 875 , 876 , 877 , 878 and 879 from Subdivision 6 of Division 2 of Part 3 ;(e) by omitting Part 4 .

These regulations amend the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 by updating certain references to prescribed offences consequent on the making of the Passenger Transport Services Amendment Regulations 2022.
