Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) Amendment Order (No. 3) 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) Amendment Order (No. 3) 2022 .
(1) Except as provided in this clause, the provisions of this order take effect on 1 August 2022.(2) Clause 3 takes effect on 31 July 2022.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2022 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omittingfrom the column headings from Part 1 and substituting the following items:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order (a) amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2022 by making the Department of Premier and Cabinet the department responsible for (i) the Stolen Generations of Aboriginal Children Act 2006; and(ii) the legislation that is administered by the Minister for Veterans Affairs; and(b) revokes the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2022.
