Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Road Rules) Regulations 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Road Rules) Regulations 2022 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Road Amendment Rules 2022 commence.
In these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Offences)
Division 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by inserting after paragraph (b) in item 54 in Subdivision 4 the following:
