Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Amendment Notice 2022
I make the following notice under section 7 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Amendment Notice 2022 .
This notice takes effect on the day after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this notice, the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Notice 2020 is referred to as the Principal Notice.
4. Clause 3 amended (Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor)
Clause 3 of the Principal Notice is amended by omitting "on Plan 10396 in the Central Plan Register to be land within a corridor" and substituting "as Area 1 on Amended Plan, Revision No. 1, of Plan 10396 in the Central Plan Register, to be land within a corridor,".

This notice amends the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Notice 2020 by clarifying the status of certain public access roads within the North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah.
