Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) Amendment Order 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) Amendment Order 2022 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2022 is referred to as the Principal Order.
5. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by inserting the following Part after Part 11 :PART 11A - Minister for Hospitality and Events

Stadiums Tasmania Act 2022
(b) by omitting the following itemfrom Part 16 .
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT TASMANIA
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2022 by –(a) reassigning the administration of the Stadiums Tasmania Act 2022 to the Minister for Hospitality and Events; and(b) reassigning the responsibility for the Tasmanian Planning Commission Act 1997 to the Department of Justice in relation to the administration of that Act by the Minister for Planning.
