Proclamation under the Waste and Resource Recovery Act 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Waste and Resource Recovery Act 2022 fix 1 July 2022 as the day on which Parts 3 and 4 of that Act commence.
