Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Personal Mobility Devices) Regulations 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Personal Mobility Devices) Regulations 2021 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Offences)
Division 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by inserting the following Subdivision after Subdivision 41 :Subdivision 41A - Personal mobility devices
