Forest Practices Order 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 37A(6) of the Forest Practices Act 1985 .

This order may be cited as the Forest Practices Order 2021 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Forest Practices Act 1985 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Section 37A amended (Forest Practices Advisory Council)
Section 37A(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from paragraph (e) "Forest Industries Association of Tasmania" and substituting "Tasmanian Forest Products Association";(b) by omitting from paragraph (g) "Forest Industries Association of Tasmania" and substituting "Tasmanian Forest Products Association".
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Forest Practices Act 1985 by replacing references to the Forest Industries Association of Tasmania with references to the Tasmanian Forest Products Association.
