State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order (No. 2) 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12 of the State Service Act 2000 .

This order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order (No. 2) 2021 .
This order takes effect on 1 December 2021.
In this order, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 substituted
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted:SCHEDULE 1 - AgenciesSections 3(1) , 12 , 29 and 30
