Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) Amendment Order (No. 3) 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) Amendment Order (No. 3) 2021 .
This order takes effect on 31 October 2021.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2021 is referred to as the Principal Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2021 –(a) by substituting Parts 10 and 16; and(b) so as to make the Department of Treasury and Finance the department responsible to the Minister for Climate Change in relation to the administration of the Climate Change (State Action) Act 2008; and(c) by making amendments consequent to the amendments referred to above.
