Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 2021
I make the following order under section 16D of the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 2021 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order 2020 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 3 amended (Lake River Irrigation District entitlements)
Schedule 3 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omitting item 22 and substituting the following item:
