Proclamation under the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 7(1) of the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2001 fix 15 July 2031 as the day on which both references under section 5(1) of that Act terminate.

This proclamation extends, by a further 10 years, the referral to the Commonwealth of the State’s power to regulate corporations as referred under the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2001 .
