Motor Accidents (Liabilities and Compensation) Amendment Regulations 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Motor Accidents (Liabilities and Compensation) Act 1973 .

These regulations may be cited as the Motor Accidents (Liabilities and Compensation) Amendment Regulations 2021 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 commence.
In these regulations, the Motor Accidents (Liabilities and Compensation) Regulations 2020 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 11 amended (Prescribed trailer)
Regulation 11(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 " from the definition of agricultural machine and substituting "Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021".
