Neighbourhood Disputes About Plants Amendment Regulations 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Neighbourhood Disputes About Plants Act 2017 .1 March 2021

These regulations may be cited as the Neighbourhood Disputes About Plants Amendment Regulations 2021 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Neighbourhood Disputes About Plants Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 5A inserted
After regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations , the following regulation is inserted:For the purposes of section 33A(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed fee is 208 fee units.
