Threatened Species Protection Order 2020
I make the following order under section 13(5) of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Threatened Species Protection Order 2020 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 3 amended (Taxa of native flora and fauna which are endangered)
Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by inserting after item 14 in Subdivision 2 of Division 1 of Part 1 the following:
