Inland Fisheries (Inland Waters) Amendment Order 2020
I make the following order under section 5 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 and with the agreement of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Inland Waters) Amendment Order 2020 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Inland Fisheries (Inland Waters) Order 1997 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Clause 4 amended (Inland waters)
Clause 4(a) of the Principal Order is amended by omitting " Inland Fisheries (Seaward Limits) Order 1996 " and substituting "order made, and in force, under section 6(1) of the Act".
This order is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it took effect.

This order amends the Inland Fisheries (Inland Waters) Order 1997 by updating the procedure for determining inland waters for the purposes of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995.
