I make the following notice under section 3(2)(a) of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

1.   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Declaration of Substantial Fixed Infrastructure) Notice 2020 .

2.   Commencement

This notice takes effect on 7 February 2020.

3.   Interpretation

In this notice –
starting point means the junction, known as the Coldwater Creek junction, of the North East railway line and the Bell Bay railway line.

4.   Declaration of substantial fixed infrastructure

The following structures, situated on parts of the corridor named the North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah, are declared to be substantial fixed infrastructure:
(a) the platform, at the former railway station known as Tunnel Station, located in the vicinity of the post marker indicating a point approximately 29.2 km from the starting point;
(b) the platform, at the former railway station known as Wyena Station, located in the vicinity of the post marker indicating a point approximately 37.5 km from the starting point;
(c) the platform, at the former railway station known as Nabowla Station, located in the vicinity of the post marker indicating a point approximately 48.9 km from the starting point;
(d) the platform, and the railway station building, at the former railway station known as Scottsdale Station, located in the vicinity of the post marker indicating a point approximately 63.1 km from the starting point;
(e) the platform, at the former railway station known as Tonganah Station, located in the vicinity of the post marker indicating a point approximately 72.7 km from the starting point.

This notice under the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 declares various former railway platforms, and a station building, situated within the corridor named the North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah, to be substantial fixed infrastructure.
