Guardianship and Administration (Corresponding Laws) Amendment Notice 2019
I make the following notice under section 81 of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 .

This notice may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration (Corresponding Laws) Amendment Notice 2019 .
This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this notice, the Guardianship and Administration (Corresponding Laws) Notice 2011 is referred to as the Principal Notice.
4. Clause 3 amended (Corresponding laws)
Clause 3 of the Principal Notice is amended as follows:(a) by omittingfrom the table and substituting the following items:
Adult Guardianship Act of the Northern Territory
Advance Personal Planning Act 2013 of the Northern Territory
Guardianship of Adults Act 2016 of the Northern Territory
(b) by inserting in the table afterthe following item:
Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 of Queensland
Advance Care Directives Act 2013 of South Australia
(c) by inserting in the table afterthe following item:
Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 of Victoria
The following Parts of the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016 of Victoria:
(a) Parts 1, 3, 6 and 7;
(b) Part 4 as it applies to medical treatment decision makers.
This notice is revoked on the first anniversary of the day on which it took effect.
