Proclamation under the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Amendment Act 2019
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Amendment Act 2019 , fix 9 September 2019 as the day on which that Act commences.
