Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations 2018
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Regulations 2018 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment Regulations 2018 commence.
In these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Offences)
Division 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting items 725 , 726 and 727 from Subdivision 11 and substituting the following:

These regulations amend the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 to update offences for which infringement notices may be issued under the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2014 as amended by the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment Regulations 2018.
