Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Amendment Regulations 2018
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Act 2008 .

These regulations may be cited as the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Amendment Regulations 2018 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Taxi Industry Regulations 2018 commence.
In these regulations, the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2010 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Administrative decisions)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting "Taxi Industry Regulations 2008" from column 2 of item 8A in Part 1 and substituting "Taxi Industry Regulations 2018";(b) by omitting "regulation 11(e) of the Taxi Industry Regulations 2008" from column 2 of item 8B in Part 1 and substituting "regulation 11(d) of the Taxi Industry Regulations 2018";(c) by omitting "Taxi Industry Regulations 2008" from column 2 of item 18A in Part 1 and substituting "Taxi Industry Regulations 2018";(d) by omitting "regulation 13(j) of the Taxi Industry Regulations 2008" from column 2 of item 18B in Part 1 and substituting "regulation 13(i) of the Taxi Industry Regulations 2018";(e) by omitting "Luxury Hire Car Industry Regulations 2008" from column 2 of item 26A in Part 1 and substituting "Luxury Hire Car Industry Regulations 2018";(f) by omitting "regulation 7(f) of the Luxury Hire Car Industry Regulations 2008" from column 2 of item 26B in Part 1 and substituting "regulation 7(e) of the Luxury Hire Car Industry Regulations 2018";(g) by omitting from the heading to Part 2 "TAXI INDUSTRY REGULATIONS 2008" and substituting "TAXI INDUSTRY REGULATIONS 2018";(h) by omitting item 6 from Part 2 and substituting the following:

To suspend or cancel the appointment of a person as an authorised meter adjuster

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

These regulations amend the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2010 by updating references consequent on the making of the Taxi Industry Regulations 2018 and the Luxury Hire Car Industry Regulations 2018 .
