Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2018
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2018 .
This order takes effect on 1 July 2018.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2018 is referred to as the Principal Order.

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order 2018 so as to allocate, between the Department of Health and the Department of Communities Tasmania, responsibility for the administration of various Acts and so as to allocate between the Minister for Environment and the Minister for Primary Industries and Water, various provisions of the Nature Conservation Act 2002.
