Public Health (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2017
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Public Health Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2017 .
These regulations take effect on 1 January 2018.
In these regulations, the Public Health (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2012 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Infringement Notice Offences under the Act)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting item 2 ;(b) by omitting items 5 , 6 and 7 ;(c) by omitting item 9 ;(d) by inserting after item 17 the following:

These regulations amend the Public Health (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2012 to amend the list of sections of the Public Health Act 1997 for which penalty infringement notices may be issued, and the amounts of certain of those penalties.
