Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2017
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2017 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Marine and Safety (Maritime Incidents) Regulations 2017 take effect.
In these regulations, the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2008 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 6 amended (Offences under Marine and Safety (Maritime Incidents) Regulations 2017)
Regulation 6(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " Marine and Safety (Maritime Incidents) Regulations 2007 " and substituting "Marine and Safety (Maritime Incidents) Regulations 2017".
5. Schedule 3 substituted
Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted:SCHEDULE 3 - Offences under Marine and Safety (Maritime Incidents) Regulations 2017

These regulations amend the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2008 to update references in relation to the Marine and Safety (Maritime Incidents) Regulations 2017 .
