Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2017
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2017 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2017 is referred to as the Principal Order.
5. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from the heading to Part 8 "MINISTER FOR ENVIRONMENT, PARKS AND HERITAGE" and substituting "MINISTER FOR ENVIRONMENT AND PARKS";(b) by omitting the following items from Part 8:
