Public Trustee Amendment Regulations 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Public Trustee Act 1930 .

These regulations may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulations 2016 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Public Trustee Regulations 2009 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 8 amended (Prescribed amounts for purposes of certain sections of Act)
Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "$60 000" and substituting "$80 000";(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "$65 000" and substituting "$85 000";(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) "$20 000" and substituting "$30 000";(d) by omitting from subregulation (4) "$25 000" and substituting "$35 000".
