Financial Management and Audit Order 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(3) of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Financial Management and Audit Order 2016 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 4 April 2016.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.    Schedule 1 substituted

Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is omitted and the following new Schedule is substituted:

This order omits Schedule 1 to the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 and substitutes a new Schedule 1.
