Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2016 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2016 is referred to as the Principal Order.
5. Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omitting the following itemsfrom Part 3 ;

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order 2016 by transferring the administration of certain Acts, or parts of Acts, from the Minister for Infrastructure to the Minister for Forestry and transferring the administration of part of the Poisons Act 1971 from the Attorney-General/Minister for Justice to the Minister for Primary Industries and Water.
